TIPS

Looking forward to seeing you during our time together. Please refer to your email for session specifics but some general preparation to consider to set yourself up for success:

  1. Download and update ZOOM accordingly. Keep yourself muted during class and remember to double-check before you begin practicing!

  2. Set up your space accordingly. If you are practicing yoga, consider setting yourself up so that you feel the most successful. If it’s available to you, a yoga mat, two blocks, blanket, and water are helpful to have nearby. If you are practicing dance cardio, clear space so you have as much freedom to move. I recommend comfortable clothing and supportive shoes, water, and a towel nearby.

  3. Music is provided for group sessions! If you like the music, visit Matty’s spotify to find his playlists. If you prefer no music, consider scheduling a one-on-one virtual private with Matty.

  4. Cameras on or off - it’s really up to you and what feels most comfortable. Personally, I recommend cameras ON if possible as it helps create a feeling of community for us all.

  5. Have fun!

Life happens. For all Movement & Mindfulness sessions, please provide at least 24-hour notice to change or cancel an appointment or session. Those who do not attend a scheduled appointment or do not provide 24-hour notice to change a scheduled appointment are ineligible for a refund. Please contact Matty directly for questions and concerns.
