Classes I offer
Vinyasa Yoga (In-Person or Virtual)
Get ready to experience fluidity with movement, creativity, and present-moment connection. Informed by his studies in yoga, trauma-informed principles, anatomy, and functional movement, this interdisciplinary blend will empower participants to expand their curiosities. Classes begin with a theme/intention then lead to warm ups and dynamic flows, followed by grounding sequences. The practice will close in a brief moment in stillness (laying down or seated, participant's choice!) Great for first-timers to experienced practitioners. All-levels.
Yin Yoga (In-Person or Virtual)
Yin Yoga is a slower-paced style of yoga that incorporates principles of traditional Chinese medicine and asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles. Great for first-timers to experienced practitioners. Ideal for those looking something more grounded, stretchy, and exploratory.
Dance Cardio (Virtual)
This one's a little different from his weekly yoga content, but embraces the same sentiment that Matty works to embody - freedom to be you! Get ready to dance, sweat, and have fun in a dance cardio class like no other. Grab your your trusty kicks, a towel, and some water and get ready to party! Class structure is as follows: Warm Up, Easy-to-Follow Dance Choreo, Toning, Sprint, More Easy-to-Follow Dancing, Cool Down. Speciality DJ Mix included.
Privates/Small Groups (In-Person or Virtual)
I am also available to work with clients one-on-one or in small group sessions based on their needs and wants (Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, or Dance Cardio Private Parties). In the past, I have worked privately with clients with varied health conditions, weddings, birthday parties, and corporate companies.
